India-Taiwan Journalist's Conclave
Usanas Foundation organized India’s first India-Taiwan Journalist's Conclave. The goal of the conclave was to facilitate interaction between the journalists of both nations in order to ascertain the relationship between both countries and facilitate cooperation and communication between media and civil society. The conclave was attended by prominent journalists from both countries to put forward their thoughts and recommendation about how to improve bilateral relations between both nations.

On October 1st, Usanas Foundation, in association with the Delhi Journalists Association, VAT Foundation, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Taiwan, organized India’s first India-Taiwan Journalist’s Conclave. The goal of the conclave was to facilitate interaction between the journalists of both nations in order to ascertain the relationship between both countries and facilitate cooperation and communication between media and civil society. The conclave was attended by prominent journalists from both countries to put forward their thoughts and recommendation about how to improve bilateral relations between both nations.
The panelist for the discussion included Mr. Nitin Gokhale, a National Security Analyst and Media Entrepreneur; Mr. Anurag Punetha, senior anchor at SansadTV; Mr. Chenlung Kuo, deputy editor in chief at United Daily News; Ms. Stacy Yu, the former India Special Correspondent for Hong Kong Phoenix TV; Ms. Ann Hsieh, the deputy editor in chief of Storm Media. The opening remarks were delivered by His Excellence Baushuan Ger, the Chief Taiwanese representative to India, and the keynote speech was delivered by Honourable Shri Ram Madhav, former general secretary of BJP. The conference was moderated by Mrs. Namrata Hasija, a strategic and academic expert with extensive experience of working on Taiwan Affairs, and the closing remarks were delivered by Mr. Mumin Chen, deputy representative of Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre in India.
