Rahul Kulshreshth

Mr Rahul  Kulshreshth, a retired career diplomat (IFS:1985), served as India’s Ambassador to Turkey and Egypt. Prior to this, he held various positions in the Indian Missions in Moscow, New York, Thimphu, Yangon and Islamabad as well as in the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi. Ambassador Kulshreshth also worked as Joint Secretary in the Department of Atomic Energy.
