Monika is currently serving as a Junior Research Fellow at School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Indore, India. She is also a Visiting Research Fellow at Boston University Massachusetts, USA. She is working on the thesis titled " Indian Nationalism and Democracy". Monika obtained her post graduation in Politics (Specialization in international relations) from Jawaharlal Nehru University and undergraduate in Political Science from Ramjas College, Delhi University. She served as a Research and Policy Intern at various organisation i.e Foreign Policy Research Center, Delhi, University of Mumbai, CIVIS and presently at Usanas Foundation.
