Qatar-Pakistan-Turkey (Türkiye), the Unholy and Evil Nexus: Its Implications for Global Geopolitics

While the Israel and Hamas war is in full rage, what is important to underline here is that the unholy and evil nexus of Qatar-Pakistan-Turkey provides a support base to this Palestine-based Hamas terrorist group. Iran, Hezbollah of Lebanon and a few other Arab countries, like Syria, are also providing the necessary support to Hamas. The unholy and evil nexus of Qatar-Pakistan-Turkey is also posing a substantial threat to the security of West Asia in particular, as well as global security in general. It is also a fact that this unholy and evil nexus of Qatar-Pakistan and Turkey is also posing a threat to India’s national security.

Qatar-Pakistan-Turkey (Türkiye), the Unholy and Evil Nexus: Its Implications for Global Geopolitics

Occasional Paper

By Dr. Nalin Mohapatra

Introduction

The Israel-Hamas war is in full swing and is likely to have a spillover impact on West Asian geopolitics. Looking at its present strategic reconfiguration, one thing that needs to be examined is from where this Palestine-based terrorist group Hamas is getting the necessary ideological, financial support and also support in the form of training, arms and ammunition, etc. Some of these issues are necessary to understand the present geopolitical dynamics of West Asia. It is an open fact that Iran and Lebanon-based terrorist group Hezbollah groomed Hamas by providing all kinds of support to this Palestine-based terrorist group. The primary objective was to dominate West Asian geopolitics to offset the present balance of West Asia, which is largely under the influence of Saudi Arabia. Along with Iran and Hezbollah, from where Hamas is taking necessary backing, it has also been observed that over the years, Qatar, Turkey and Pakistan have provided the necessary support base to this terrorist group and are the patrons of global terrorism. To understand the evil nexus of Qatar-Pakistan-Turkey, it is necessary to examine the geopolitical context of the nexus.
