Taniel Koushakjian is an American public affairs, government relations, and strategic communications executive with more than 15 years of experience working across government, infrastructure, cybersecurity, public policy, and international affairs. He is the Founder and CEO of BreakThru Strategies, a government relations and strategic communications firm. He has also served as Chief Public Information Officer & Director of Communications at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority and Chief Communications & Public Policy Officer at the South Florida Water Management District. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Potomac International Partners and Offensive Security, and worked in government relations and public policy for the Hindu American Foundation and the Armenian Assembly of America. He also served as a Legislative Aide in the U.S. Congress. Koushakjian holds a B.A. in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and an M.A. in Political Management from The George Washington University.
