Arwin Rahi is a former adviser to the Parwan governor in Afghanistan. He has a master’s degree in International Affairs from Texas A&M University’s Bush School of Government and Public Service, and a second master’s degree in Politics and Security Studies, with a focus on Afghanistan and Central Asia, from the OSCE Academy in Bishkek. Arwin is also a former Fulbright scholar, a recipient of two Congressional Fellowships, and an intern-researcher at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terror (START) in Maryland.
